We all had fun exploring their acreage in Columbus, and were able to take advantage of the last bit of gorgeous fall weather. Three year old Asher was on the move for most of our shoot, but five week old Jory was content as can be. I really enjoyed our afternoon together – thanks Kelly and Luke!

She was a total champ during our chilly afternoon shoot – seriously, not a moment of fuss out of her. Lydia’s bright blue eyes were shining and her crazy cute hair was catching the light just right. Only recently mastered sitting up, I was very impressed with her confidence. It is always a pleasure, Megan and Chris. Enjoy this special time, and I look forward to Lydia’s one year portraits!

I was so pleased when she contacted me for a family photo shoot! Karla and Aaron met and fell in love at Bethel University, so when they were home from California for a summer visit they thought it was the perfect place for our shoot.

Two and a half year old Haven was on the move the entire time and in-between running up and down the hills, wondering by the lake, and playing in the grass – I can hardly believe I have any still portraits of her – she was quick. Little Sebastian was happy as a clam and was equally on the move, but luckily for me not as fast as his big sister!

You have a beautiful family Karla and Aaron, and I was so happy to help capture the four of you in motion!

It was packed full of Minnesotans looking for produce, flowers, strawberries, and mini-donuts – I mean, what more could you ask for!
