Even though the Guthrie is a public space we were able to find some really wonderful nooks to keep things private. Megan looked amazing and Chris was super sweet with her all day. We even braved the cold for some outdoor photos and Megan’s belly looked beautiful! I am really looking forward to meeting their little girl and capturing those incredibly special moments between mom, dad, and baby. I just know Megan and Chris will be glowing with happiness!

It was a good mix of the bold architecture, colors, lighting, silhouettes, and a pretty amazing couple! Matt and Beth are so much fun — they don’t take themselves too seriously and really just love to laugh.

The Guthrie lets photographers use the space with really no limitations — no permits or red tape to get around. Which is awesome! We explored and just played around — and because there was no show on the day of our shoot it felt like we had the place to ourselves.

Here are some of my favorites of Matt and Beth. I can’t wait for their wedding in August!

OMG, this amber room is incredible. The light is so intense and the view is amazing!

The escalator shot was Matt’s idea and I love how this one turned out — definitely a little bit sexy! :)
